🏆 The Official Floridian Arms Apartment Survey & Competition Results
Management has completed a full survey of all units in the building. After careful inspection — covering cleanliness, upkeep, presentation, and bylaw compliance — we are proud to present the results of our first-ever Apartment Competition. Here are the Best, the Worst, and the ultimate Winner.
Over the past several weeks, our management team personally visited every apartment at Floridian Arms as part of a community-wide survey. Units were assessed fairly and anonymously using a consistent set of criteria:
- Cleanliness & general upkeep of the unit
- Presentation and appearance visible from common areas
- Compliance with building bylaws
- Overall care and pride shown by the resident
This competition is meant to celebrate residents who go above and beyond — and to constructively highlight areas where improvement is needed. All results are shared in the spirit of community pride and transparency.
